1. Provider

2. Services, Estimates, Payment
We provide interior design and renovation documentation services. Estimates are indicative, valid 14 days, and not fixed prices unless confirmed in writing. Prices are in UAH unless agreed otherwise; work starts after the stated advance payment. The client provides accurate information, timely approvals, and holds rights to supplied materials.
3. Intellectual Property
Designs, drawings, texts and images remain the property of skyboundsdtudio.com or its licensors. The client receives a licence to use delivered documentation for the agreed project only. Reproduction or resale without written consent is prohibited.
4. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection' and our Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies that process personal data require your consent.
5. Advertising and Consumer Rights
Information is accurate and not misleading (Law of Ukraine No. 3177-IX of 29 June 2023 'On Advertising'). Consumers are protected by the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'. Complaints: contact@skyboundsdtudio.com; reply within 30 days.
6. Language, Liability, Governing Law
Consumer information is available in Ukrainian (Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'); this English version is for convenience. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays beyond our reasonable control.
