02 / REQUEST
Send the brief once. The measured survey is the first paid deliverable, so no fee range is confirmed until we have measured the flat and walked the site.
05 / Studio record
The studio is registered in Kyiv and answers written requests within one business day. The measured survey is always the first paid step, so no fee range is confirmed before it.

Site visits inside the Kyiv ring road are part of the survey. Send the apartment area, the district and the phase you are starting from, and the reply carries the first available survey date.
06 / Service area
We run measured surveys inside a 60 km ring around Kyiv. Beyond that line we decline the project rather than price it from photographs.
Outside the ring we do not subcontract the measurement to a local firm. A survey we did not perform is a survey we cannot price against.
Travel outside the city ring is charged per trip at cost and entered as its own row on the scope sheet. The survey comes first: no fee range is confirmed before it. Send the address through the request form or write to contact@skyboundsdtudio.com.
